Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a money-back guarantee for the first 7 days of a new user's first subscription. This guarantee is subject to fraud prevention and legal regulations.
2. Full Refunds
Full refunds are only applicable if the request is made within 7 days of subscription and the service is unused. Full refunds do not apply to discounted subscriptions, free trials, or other accommodations.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are 50% fixed. Users requesting refunds within 15 days of subscription may receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of service used. The final decision on partial refunds is at our discretion.
4. Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for: - Discounted services, free trials, or other accommodations. - Canceled subscriptions mid-cycle (services remain active until the end of the billing period). - Cases where services have been used significantly within the refund window.
5. Refund Processing & Timeline
Refund requests must be sent to refund@postbookingagent.com with relevant details. Requests are processed within 7 days, but the actual refund may take 7 to 21 days to reach the user. Refunds will be made only via the original payment method. No refund processing fee is charged. Government fees, payment processor fees, and bank fees are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting support, their account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. If the bank successfully claims the chargeback, we will not process a separate refund. If the user has a genuine case, withdraws the chargeback, and qualifies for a refund, we will process it. Frequent chargebacks may result in a permanent account ban.
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of: - Violation of our terms of service. - Fraud, misuse, or spam. - Refund requests beyond 7 days or if the service has been used. We may take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
