Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Post Booking Agent (the "Platform"), operated by Green IT Services (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We are not affiliated with Pakistan Post Office or any government entity. The Platform facilitates record-keeping, address label printing, money order generation, and expense tracking. It does not automatically book or track orders with Pakistan Post. These ToS form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. It is important that you review these terms carefully. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of this agreement: - "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform. - "Services" refer to the functionalities provided by the Platform, including booking management, expense tracking, and label printing. - "Subscription" refers to the paid plans required for access to our Services. - "Account" refers to the registered profile required for accessing certain features. - "Third-party services" refer to external providers integrated into the Platform, such as payment gateways and analytics tools. - "Confidential Information" refers to any non-public information shared between users and the Company.
3. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must: - Be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. - Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. - Provide accurate and up-to-date account information. - Not be previously suspended or removed from our Platform. - Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
4. Account Registration & Security
4.1 Account Creation
Users must create an account to access the Platform. Registration requires providing accurate personal and business information. Accounts are non-transferable, and users may not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
4.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Users must notify us immediately if unauthorized account activity is detected. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these ToS. Terminated users may not create new accounts without explicit permission.
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use Policy
Users must: - Ensure accuracy when entering order details. - Use the Platform solely for lawful and intended activities. - Keep login credentials confidential. - Comply with all terms, policies, and applicable laws. Users must not: - Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities. - Upload malicious files, malware, or scripts. - Attempt unauthorized access or security breaches. - Engage in fraudulent chargebacks. - Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform. - Exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform's functionalities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Platform, including branding, UI, software, and databases, are owned by the Company. Users retain ownership over their submitted order data but grant us a license to store and process it. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify Platform content without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded data. We reserve the right to remove unlawful or inappropriate content at our discretion. We do not claim ownership over user-generated content but reserve the right to use it in compliance with our policies.
8. Payment, Billing, & Subscription Terms
8.1 Subscription Fees
Our Platform operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are processed via PayFast or other designated providers. Subscription fees are subject to change, with prior notice to users.
8.2 Billing & Refunds
Payments must be made using valid and up-to-date payment methods. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and are issued at our discretion. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: - Violations of our policies. - Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. - Failure to pay subscription fees. - Providing false or misleading information. Upon termination: - User data may be retained for a limited period. - Some records may be kept for legal compliance. - Users may not create a new account if previously banned.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for order delays, errors, or data losses. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services. Users assume all risks associated with using the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from: - Misuse of the Platform. - Legal disputes arising from inaccurate data entry. - Losses due to non-compliance with our policies. - Issues arising from third-party services linked to the Platform.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These ToS are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Mediation is the preferred dispute resolution method. Legal disputes must be filed in Pakistani courts. Users agree to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal action.
13. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and process user data. By using the Platform, users consent to data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these ToS. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: - Natural disasters - Government actions - Cyber-attacks - Network disruptions - Labor strikes
